To the world, it looks like you have it all together. You have a career you’re proud of, you have great friends, maybe you even squeeze in yoga, the gym, or a hike when you can. You appear accomplished, confident, and in control.

But your inner world tells a different story.

You find yourself wondering why you never feel satisfied with your accomplishments. You’re so hard on yourself, no matter how much you get done. Life feels like a constant cycle of stress, overthinking and exhaustion.

You might be noticing that you struggle to rest without feeling guilty, you’re constantly raising the bar for yourself, you hide your stress from your loved ones to avoid being perceived as “weak”, you constantly compare yourself to others, and you feel restless, anxious, or disconnected.

I specialize in working with people who are outwardly successful but inwardly exhausted from constantly striving. In our work together, you’ll learn to quiet the inner critic that fuels your perfectionism, reconnect with your true self beyond your achievements and expectations from others, find balance between ambition and rest, and build authentic self-worth that doesn’t depend on how much you achieve.

HOW I WORK

I believe therapy should be simple.

Therapy is a highly unique and collaborative process, and finding a therapist you click with can be the hardest part. I like to make the rest of the process simple by offering a complimentary 20 minute phone consultation in order to determine fit for working together. Following that conversation, we will schedule an assessment session during which we will further discuss your history and reason for seeking therapy, and identify the goals you hope to accomplish together.
